Beijing Huayun-Shangde International Cultural Exchange Co., Ltd., established in April 2010, is a multinational media company specializing in Chinese and foreign cultural exchange, with a wholly owned subsidiary—Deutsch-Chinesische Medien GmbH (DCM) in Germany. For ten consecutive years, the company has been named “National Key Enterprise of Cultural Exports,” and a number of our projects have been rated as “National Key Project of Cultural Exports” and Beijing "Going Out" Model Enterprise.

In 2010, the company launched a German-language daily Chinese special program "LAIKANBA" in Germany, covering the German-speaking region, and in 2017 it landed in Hungary, becoming one of the channels for German and Hungarian-speaking audiences to learn about the real China. In 2016, the company founded the Golden Tree International Documentary Film Festival in Germany, with awards, screenings, forums, tradings and investment sections, with documentary filmmakers from 135 countries and regions participating, serving as a bridge between the East and West documentary communities.

The company has successfully built three major platforms - an all-media communication platform, Frankfurt Trade Center for Chinese Cultural Products and Services, and International Copyright Trading Network for Documentaries. Relying on the three platforms, we mainly offer customized bidirectional services in the field of “going out and bringing in” like providing professional exchange, publicity, planning, and business consulting to governments, enterprises, associations and individuals in China as well as abroad.
