Sinopec Engineering Incorporation (SEI), established in 1953, is under China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec Group). It is the first petroleum refining and petrochemical engineering design firm in China. SEI is awarded with Class A Certificate for General Qualification for Engineering Design. SEI can provide Engineering R&D and engineering design in the fields of petrochemical, coal to chemical and natural gas as its core business. It’s one-stop service covers from engineering consulting, technology licensing, R&D, engineering design, project management to EPC contracting (Engineering, Procurement and Construction). It has completed the engineering of more than 2500 refineries and petrochemical plants, with annual revenue of 1.8 billion US dollars. SEI has always been in the leading position in the industry and ranked the first place in China Top 60 Design Firms for five consecutive years. All these has shown SEI’s strong competitiveness and high recognition in international market.
SEI actively responds to “The Belt and Road” initiative with a wide range of overseas business, covering more than 20 countries in Southeast Asia, Middle East, Central Asia, North America, Europe, Africa, etc.,.
